NEW IDEA - Disallow users to delete projects with logged time

In the meantime, we actually removed the ability for PMs to delete projects and then created a custom project status called "Needs To Be Deleted." On the system admin dashboard I have, I have a report of projects with that status and can do a double check before they get deleted. (We were also running into the issue that people were deleting projects instead of marking them complete so we were losing a lost of historical data) Anthony Imgrund FCB

It may be too laborious, but you can add a "Billing Record" of $0 in those projects to stop them from being deleted as well. I do that to ensure some of my more important projects with lots of historical data never get deleted. Anthony Pernice Healthcare Consultancy Group
