The person you are wanting to navigate into the project must have a WF licenses and for now there is no link from the proof back to the project without it. Bummer right? However, if you have a licenses then you can click on the upper right corner "see it in WF" which takes you to the document in WF. If you have shared that project with the person in question, then they can then click in the upper left to get to the project. Remember, you can give access to just tasks, documents or the overall project. This matters. Sometimes the cloud based proof is just that, a proof. It is not connected back to the project. Thus, the person cant see any custom form you might have or other specifics. If you give a "free" licenses to everyone they can see Workfront and IF you give them permissions in the set up they can make requests of WF. I have both request license that can and can not do actual requests. We don't use the review license because it will not allow them to see the project items we need them to see. A review license is really useless for us. Proofing licenses is only needed for those "loading" the proof, not approving it. I think there are several threads on the idea exchange about having a link on the proof that will open the project view if the person opening the proof has a licenses. You can upvote that. Simple, but I hope it helps you. Samantha Senior Specialist, Creative Services 817-424-2186
