I can't access the survey. It says: You need permission This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake. "https://support.google.com/docs/?p=forms_settings">Learn More.

Same for me. They require I log into Google to take surveys. Ugh. Why not use SurveyMonkey? Eric

Our security team discovered that the user name and passwords were sent through the internet in clear text (not encrypted). I don't know if that was just for the instances within our organization or for all instances but we turned off access to the mobile application until we confirmed that the problem is fixed. Did Workfront announce this security flaw to all users? I haven't seen any announcements.

Wow....I can't see why it would affect only one instance, when the mobile app is designed to work across all instances. Did you receive any confirmation that this has been fixed in the mobile app yet? For customers using SSO, this is even more concerning as if credentials are intercepted, it opens up not only Workfront data, but also company networks. David Cornwell

Hello Cheryl, This issue was brought up last week as a support ticket and was patched within 24 hours. However, the problem at that point was waiting for Google Play store and Apple iTunes to approve the patched version. The Play store was updated within 24 hours, but iTunes took about 3 days. Dustin, Thank you for the update because we weren't notified that the issue was resolved. Also, I think that Workfront should notify all users and warn them to change their password. It's disappointing that we still have not heard from Workfront because although the issue has been resolved, the system vulnerability is still there until users change their password.
