Managing work, teams or vendors in China?

I have a customer who is interested in learning about using project templates, tasks, and forms with resources in China. We do this with our graphics folks in Suzhou and Taiwan, but they can read and write (translate) English. Are you looking for customers who have project templates and custom forms written in Chinese? Beth Calvaresi Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
