Kanban Lead Time for task assignments

Hi, Can anyone share any help on how to calculate Lead Time and Cycle Time in Workfront? My team is using a Kanban board with standard statuses like New, In Progress, On Hold, Complete for tasks. I need a way to report on the lead time for tasks when they move from the backlog into the NEW column. Does anyone know what date field that would be? Currently I am using "entry date" and that seems to be the date that task is assigned to the board versus when it was moved out of the backlog. Are there any pre built reports or measurements that I am missing? It seems like there should be more reporting options included to support Kanban in my opinion if you are going to have agile functionality in workfront. One of the main goals of Kanban is to increase efficiency and flow of work. Measurement is essential for this to be effective. Anyway appreciate any help you can share. Thanks! Hi Peter, Huh; as I recently replied to a similar inquiry... The longstanding suit of built in reporting tools within Workfront is easy to learn, powerful, and interactive; but on the flip side, covers only a certain number of report styles. For advanced alternative ways of visualizing Workfrint data in real time from within Workfront, I invite you to consider our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/magic-reports/">Magic Reports solution.
