Good morning all,
I want to give everyone in my department access to tasks that have job numbers without having to just give everyone access to everything. I noticed in projects if they have view access they can only view the tasks they are assigned to. They don't see all tasks for a project. They need contribute access to that project.
I am wanting to set up something to be a default for all employees to be able to look up job numbers
We want anyone to be able to look up any job number to track, see who the producer or designer was.
Anyone know a good practice to get this going?
