Issue with Users Created Through API

Hi Everyone, We have been having a huge user issue since the last release. We cannot bulk edit any users and cannot individually edit users without a license. We have a ticket with support and they say that it is because we create users through the API. But it has been working just fine for the last three years. Does anyone else have a system in place where users are created through your API? Are you having issues editing both individually or in bulk? Trying to help support as their current recommendation is for us to delete all 10,000 users and manually recreate them. I'm NOT doing that. ;)

Hmm...now that you mention it, Anthony, I did notice something similar this past weekend in a new environment we had cloned, and work against using the API. Would it be possible to chat/screenshare offline (doug.denhoed@atappstore.com) to see if we can figure out a workaound? Thanks, Doug
