Hello, One of our colleague trying to include (tag) user for an update but she is not able to find that user in her list. But at the same time when i do that i am able to find that user in the list. Could any one help me to understand is there any setting need to change for that user? Thanks and Regards, Pranav Kulkarni Pranav Kulkarni APM Terminals

Hi Pranav, There's no setting I know of for this. Typically would I would do to debug this would be: Ensure they're using Chrome as their browser (sometimes IE or Edge gets a bit buggy) If that doesn't solve it, try closing the browser and reopening (sometimes the UI gets stuck or attacked by Gremlins) If that doesn't work, try logging in as them and try to repeat the issue (make sure you're both following the exact same steps : you'd be surprised how many paths there are to one destination in WF) If you're able to repeat it, I would call WF and show them I thought maybe the person you're trying to tag was Deactivated, but then you shouldn't see them appear either in the tagging field.
