Open Wokrfront in your browser
Drag the lion from the address bar to the task bar.
This will store the link as a shortcut on your task bar with the lion logo.
When you have Workfront up in a browser, you can go to the browser's Tools menu, and there should be an option to Add it to desktop. Once added to Desktop, you can drag it to your task bar.
