How to get the LINK to 1 custom form into a column in a report?

What is the text code to pull the link to a custom form into a column? I have 3 custom forms but the text code below - pulls in the link that shows all. See attached picture. What do I change to just see "1" of them? displayname=Custom Form linkedname=direct namekey=category.name textmode=true tile.name=component.objectcategories valuefield=customFormsNames valueformat=HTML viewalias=category.name

Does anyone know how to do this? I want to get a column in a project report that has a link to open a specific custom form in a lightbox. The text mode above shows you all custom forms attached to the object. Jamie Hill JLL
