How Do you Handle Digital Marketing Tasks for Digital Team?

Hi there everyone! We are a full service marketing agency and have been using Workfront for a few years now. We have successfully got everyone on board except for our digital team! Reason being - as many of you likely know, digital tasks are endless. There are tons of tiny tasks in many big projects. My digital team doesn't like how Workfront then floods them with endless tasks. My question is - how do you all set up your digital projects? Would anyone be willing to share an example? Hi McKala, We're a digital marketing agency and the majority of our agency uses Workfront. We separate our projects by our services offerings. We've created templates for our standard deliverables, which includes high-level tasks.
