I've been unable to find an answer to this question elsewhere so I'll toss it out here and hope for the best... If you integrate your Outlook and Workfront calendars, do your Outlook meetings affect your availability in the resourcing tools? Example- I work a 40 hour week, and I have an hour long meeting every day (in my Outlook calendar); is my availability in Workfront then automatically calculated down to 35 hours? That's an interesting question. I'm inclined to say no. When I looked at my calendar today, I have 2.5 hours of meetings today and no task due today. In the Resource Planner, it's showing I have 0.2 hours of planned work today. Greg Troester CHG Healthcare Services, Inc.
