1 of 100 As below, I happened to raise a new Helpdesk ticket today, and noticed the new submission screen. Very nice ~ see attached. In particular:
there's a section that suggests help articles that might be of use baked right in to the three-step process
they do ask for your phone number
the first 100 customers get top priority while this is "fresh"
