1 of 100 As below, I happened to raise a new Helpdesk ticket today, and noticed the new submission screen. Very nice ~ see attached. In particular: there's a section that suggests help articles that might be of use baked right in to the three-step process they do ask for your phone number the first 100 customers get top priority while this is "fresh" For those who'd like to play along, once you've tried it, make a note under this thread and note your number among The 100.
