Has anyone created a Report to Track Specific Hours from a team via the "Project Report" or "Hours Report?"

I've created a project report to display hours against a project, BUT, this report is showing me all of the completed hours rather than from a specific team. WF has recommended that I use an "Hours Report" but the issue is that the layout does not have what I am looking for.

Just wanted to get insight if anyone created a report to track hours spent against a team / department and how that works for them.
