Group custom form fields

I'm wondering if there is a way to group custom form fields in a report so that, say, 3 fields should up in 1 grouping. For example, we're working with countries. So the groupings would be: EMEA: Country 1, Country 2, Country 3 NA: Country 1, Country 2 Asia: Country 1 Etc., Where the countries are custom form fields. Jazmin Allen-Collins Analog Devices, Inc.

If you have only one country field to select only one country, the following will work. If you have any opportunity to select multiple countries, then the grouping to show two rows uniquely in two different groupings will fail due to how Workfront functions in reporting. For the single select country field… Add a calculated field to the custom form to store the result as TEXT. Add a calculation to the field to look at and determine the action to store off the country field. The calculation will have an IF statement in it to select the correct region for country. For example… IF(country = country a, "EMEA", IF( country = country b, "EMEA", IF(… Once the field is saved into the same custom form as the country field is, the report grouping can be selected for the reporting. I have done this solution and its variations many times for the multi-national clients. Doug Williams
