Full audit trail of user activity

I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a way to track all user activity. We're looking for details like: What objects a user accessed When each object was accessed What updates were made on the object All login activity so we can run reports on who logged in and how many times for a given time period How much time a person spent logged in Etc. I could find anything about a way to do this so I did create "What%20objects a user accessed When each object was accessed What updates were made on the object All login activity so we can run reports on who logged in and how many times for a given time period How much time a person spent logged in Etc.">the idea in the Idea Exchange . Please upvote if you have the same need!. Amy Westlake Practice Manager, Global Delivery Practice Apptio, Inc. Bellevue, WA

Hi Amy, I suspect these aren't the answers you were hoping for, but: not possible, not possible, depends (search for "Nessie"), not possible, not possible, etc.

Amy, We also would like this ability!!! 1. The link you provided to your idea is not working for me - can you please re-post & I will vote for it. 2. Here is a similar item that I logged on the idea exchange. All: if you would like this functionality, please consider voting for both of our ideas:) "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115004960568-Report-on-Object-activity-so-we-can-see-how-Workfront-is-being-used" title="Idea to vote for object logging functionality">https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115004960568-Report-on-Object-activity-so-we-... Hi Amy, We have a note report that essentially outputs this matrix, using the "Audit Type" field: There's lots of caveats to what's captured within each audit type (you can see this when scrolling through the Updates tab of a project just generally - not every single action is captured). I export this data into Excel and then produce a chart to show the shape of usage month by month. (hopefully to show it's increasing!) Given the caveats you might not want to split your bars by audit type and just simply show a monthyly total. Jamie Hill JLL
