Export or print custom form fields as they appear in the form builder?

We are going through a review of our custom forms and intake processes. Is there any way to print or export a custom form as it exists in the form builder? This format would be a great worksheet as we redefine and update our fields and branching.

Thanks for your consideration!

Hi Kate,

In addition to several roll-your-own textmode examples you can search for here in community, I invite you to consider our:

  • Update Category Generator solution, which gives you the current definition of an existing custom form as an Excel file,
  • Update Category solution, which (via that Excel file) allows you to quickly manipulate categories, including adding, removing, and reordering parameters and parameter groups, as well as modifying and validating calculated parameter formulas, and/or
  • Report Category and Parameters solution which automatically enumerates your Workfront categories and parameters into an Excel spreadsheet that you can use for clean up, maintenance planning, and backup documentation

Regards,

Doug
