Drag/Drop an image/screengrab into a comment?

Hey there, Curious if you can drag/drop or upload a JPG or PNG to a comment? I don't see the standard upload icon in the toolbar when commenting. For example, if you want to show your team something visual you screengrabbed in a comment/update how do you do that? Thanks! Stephanie Foyer PSJH
