Disabling Ability to Change Notification Settings

As a system administrator, I want to disable a resources ability to change notification settings. Our concern is that users can disable their notifications and avoid getting automated reminders when tasks are due or late. James Foley Western Alliance Bancorporation

Unfortunately, this is not an option. I've always thought it'd be great as an administrator to force certain notifications and allow users to configure their preferences for others, but Workfront's approach is that users are intelligent people who are trusted to do their work and know what suits them best.
