Date Field and Specific Dates

When building a custom form for our Sales team and adding the Date field is there a way to indicate a specific date? or multiple dates? For example:

Emails send every Monday. I don't want requestors to be able to choose any date.
I want requestors to be able to select multiple dates and schedule the entire month at once
