Hello! My company is in the process of adopting Workfront for our project and work management - I'm still getting acquainted with the features, but I'm trying to learn the "limitations." We are looking to track an escalation log, and I'd love to try to get it functioning in Workfront because of the dynamic tasking functions and ability for multiple users to update information at the same time (escalations may be assigned to variety of people). Has anyone had success with using the tool in a similar way? I've tried working within the 'Projects" template, but you can't (I don't think) create a custom form to fill in just the information needed for the log. To put it un-eloquently, in old-school style, this would be a spreadsheet with specific column headers asking for information. Is this just not a good fit for Workfront? Thanks so much! I don't know if I understand the full set of requirements but I believe Workfront would work for you. There are probably multiple ways to accomplish what you want. But if you're looking at a spreadsheet type thing you could definitely use the custom forms. In fact you can set up a View (or report) that makes the form fields display almost like a spreadsheet. If you want to discuss further please give me a call. Might be tough to go through in email.
