Custom Messages in Email Notifications

In one of the sessions I attended at LEAP, the presenters said they had customized the messages in their email notifications. I have been asked to change the Workfront approval decision notification from "[Name] has rejected your proof" to something a little less harsh such as "[Name] has not approved your proof. See proof for additional instructions." We would like to change the Subject line as well as the message inside the notification. We are using Workfront's approval, not ProofHQ. Does anyone know if we can change these messages and if so, how? Thanks! Wendy White AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. dba GM Financial

Wendy, You have the ability to change the subject line for the email notification. Go to Setup Select Email from the options on the left navigation bar Select Notifications On the "Event Notifications" tab you will see a list of available notifications Find the one that reads "Document Approval Status Change to Requestor" under the Requests I have Made grouping. From here you can change the subject of the email. The only issue is the that the status label is tied to the words defined by Workfront - Approved, Rejected, Changes. You could change it to read "{approver:name} has made a decision on this document. See proof for additional instructions." but the message inside the notification will not change. I am not sure if there is an option to change the message inside the notification. The only one that I know you can edit is the one for invitations. Joe Benes Brighthouse Financial Charlotte, NC
