CRM's used in Conjunction with WorkFront

I am looking to integrate a CRM tool into WorkFront to manage our departments external contacts and follow ups. Has anyone integrated a CRM tool with their WorkFront Instance and would recommend a specific vendor. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated! Hello - I have not integrated CRM with Workfront, but am a former super-user and employee of SugarCRM, one of the leading CRM providers. Sugar has extensive support of APIs, so I would suggest taking a look at their core functionality and integration potential with Workfront as I think that would be a good product to consider. We have PeopleSoft and have integrated WF with PeopleSoft to do our provisioning and updates for staff. So we can auto-provision a new hire into WF as soon as they're set up in PS. It'll also, update items like phone number or title or direct reports if they change.
