Creating an itemized report from a custom form

Hello! I am looking to create a report that is just like the "Risk Report" but where I can use a custom field to build. I need to add weekly objectives and monthly objectives to a report and have them grouped by project. So like the itemized risk report, I would want the group to be Weekly Objectives, and the sub-line items to be objectives 1-4. (I can only have these added to horizontal columns right now). Ideally these would be updated on a custom form which can then populate to a report on the dashboard. Is this possible? Thoughts? Erin McMurray ePMO

I believe we can use this field to add input in line with project name. Same can be pulled in report also. Just an Idea if I understood correctly. Kundan Kumar KGON (Kverneland Group Operations Norway AS)
