Hello, Can anybody tell me why a completed task would show up in a report where I am filtering that the assignment IS NOT EQUAL to Complete. It only happens occasionally but it always causes grief for all of us who view the report. I am thinking that it may be a glitch in the approval process, but I have not been able to figure it out. @Mark Hahn -- are they always "Complete Pending Approval"? This status is not the same as Complete, so it may not be getting filtered out. You would have to filter it out separately. Just go into the text mode for the filter, and add a tab space and the same code as the Complete, but add a :A (colon A) after it. For example, mine is set to: status=CPL:A CPL status_Mod=notin -skye
