When I go into ProofHQ or Workfront in order to skip people on a proof- I use the drop down menu under Role. In order to skip someone I switch them from Reviewer & Approver to Reviewer. Sometimes- there are extra boxes that pop up which actually slows me down SIGNIFICANTLY. Sometimes I have to skip over 20 people and it takes too long because of the lag that this drop down creates.
