How do you change the ownership of a dashboard or report? I did not see it. Chris Voss, PMP Sr. Project Manager, Professional Services, PMO Progress Software 5051 Peachtree Corners Cir #200, Norcross, GA 30092 Mobile: 678-852-6051 Office: 678-823-9407

Hi Chris, found this page on the Workfront Help Site with regard to Report ownership that you may find helpful: "Can Ownership of a Report Change?" Thanks Terry. That's too bad as the person is no longer with the company. Chris Voss

Hi Chris, When a former Workfront SysAdmin leaves, one simple approach to corral the objects they created and deployed is to rename their user "SysAdmin 2017a", or some such convention, which has several benefits: · Major: Saves all the low value, high risk work of otherwise having to Share > Copy > Update Dashboards and Permissions > Delete original · Minor: Over time, trains future SysAdmins to expect such former SysAdmin users to exist, and Log In As when appropriate · Bonus: Sometimes, it's preferable to think of a generic name, rather having to recall a former coworker, in cases where there was "baggage" If the last one doesn't really matter (yet), the absolute easiest option (as usual) is to Do Nothing.
