Changes on "Start date"and "End date" of a task in Workload balancer affecting only logged-in users

Dear community,

 

There is a challenge when adjusting the "Start date" and "End date" of a task in the Workload balancer. Currently, Summary panel customisation only affects the tasks that are assigned to the logged-in user. Instead, we would like to have this improved in a way that mentioned customisation affects all the task assignees. Summary panel customisation is being set up in the Interface layout for the users, but also it is much needed for the resource managers who are in charge of the tasks assigned to their team members.

Would it be possible to improve this functionality so clients can make the best out of Workfront?

    This would be so useful to have because there is no sense in having the task summary adjusted only for the logged-in user who has been assigned a task since they wouldn't even be the ones to adjust their own allocation! The resource managers are the ones working in Workload Balancer a lot and who would benefit greatly from the personalized task summary. Thanks!

      That is a similar request, but not the same one. ChrisPe3 is asking for unassigned tasks to have task summary. That would also be useful, but that is not what we are asking here. 


      We are asking for that task summary to be a part of the view of the resource managers' layout templates because they need a personalized view, and not the logged-in user who has been assigned to the task.
