When SSO mapping, you're given a number of 'Workfront User Attributes'. Our challenge is that there is no attirbute for what we want to map. For example, we are mapping the user name, user's internal department, and user's internal company. (internal as is not WF) In Workfront, for department - there is only WF Home Team. So we may have a ton of departments in our internal company, but they are set up as teams in a more condensed setting in WF. Same with company - our instance has only two companies. However, internally we have a number of acquisitions that retain their company name in their active directory profile. So we cannot map to company in WF. The workaround at this point is our internal department is mapped to the address user attribute, and our internal company is mapped to address2. However, when we report you can rename the column (ASCS Department) but when showing groupings - the custom column name does not come over. it shows. User: address: Client Services. We also cannot use address and address2 now, for what they were intended. Long story short - can we add additional custom user attributes to the SSO mapping drop down? Or give us a choice of mapping to a custom field?
