Can text mode columns contain filter

Can I add a filter to a column in text mode to show and sum labor between a specified period? i.e. 2018 portion of a multi-year project

I want to only show the portion of active projects Budgeted Labor Costs that will run over into 2018 for a report. I don't want the estimated labor planned for 2017 to show.

Budget Labor Cost

linkedname=direct

namekey=budgetedLaborCost

querysort=budgetedLaborCost

textmode=false

valuefield=budgetedLaborCost

valueformat=currencyStringCurrencyRounded

Looking at this filter that I know won't work:

allocationDate=$$TODAYby+1

allocationDate_Mod=between

allocationDate_Range=$$TODAYey+1

I believe you would have to do that in the Filters tab of your report. You can do Text Mode there too. Hi David, You might want to check out "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/216652818-Using-Calculated-Custom-Data">calculated custom data . You can conditionally set a value for the project and then sum it up on the report. There is some helpful discussion about this in the Advanced Reporting course manual. Daniel Cooley Kenall
