Can anyone help tell me how to export to MS Project?

I want to take an existing WF template and export it to MS Project. In that way, I'm not re-creating the template or reconcile the changes every time I have to use it in Sandbox. Has anyone ever did this? This seems to be the simpliest solution vs. using a kick-start.

Hi Christina, It's been a while but I believe I did it by exporting from WF to Excel, then importing the Excel into MS Project.

Under Project Actions, you can 'Export MS Project'. It will actually save as a .xml file. You can then open MS Project and import the .xml. Works the other way around too for moving projects from MS Project into Workfront. .xml file type is the key! Amber Nyssen TCCA
