Hi @MattEl5,
Each time a new Baseline is taken, the native functionality in Workfront copies the structure of the project plan at that point in time. That copy excludes custom data and some of the finer points (such as the Assignment Details and Rates at that time), and although it does provide a way to natively report on Baselines and Baseline Tasks, only the one Baseline marked as "Default" will return results. That means reporting on the count -- let alone the specifics -- of the NON-Default baselines is not possible with native reporting. If you'd like the ability to do so, you are welcome to submit an idea and request such a feature.
Given that, one approach that is possible using native functionality is to create some Task level calculated custom parameters to track the number of edits and/or the (changing) duration of tasks by using my Targeted Auditing technique, which would then give you some interesting and salient stats by which to filter, sort, and chart.
Alternatively, I invite you to consider our Multi-Baseline Report solution, which DOES include the ability to report on ALL Baselines, which in turn lets you visualize what I coined “Baseline Drift” by tagging Tasks with custom icons then filtering for Projects, Tasks, and Baselines of interest. There's a video showing it in action, and I'd be happy to chat further via doug.denhoed@atappstore.com.
Regards,
Doug
