Calculated Aggregates – only including certain rows based on IF statement

I'm developing an expense report. I'd like to sum the Actual Amount column, but only include certain expense line items in the sum based on an IF statement. Is that possible? I'm trying to weed out negative expenses that I entered to act as starting balances or budget amounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks! Becka

Hi Becka. Yes, whether in a custom calculated column or on a Calculated Parameter, I'd suggest you use a formula such as IF(Actual Amount < 0,0,Actual Amount) to "ignore" the negative entries, then sum that column in a List or Matrix report. Regards, Doug
