Budgeted Hours For A Team

So, I've created a Team with two members and assigned that Team to a Task. Each member of the team has a different Job Role but either team member can do this Task, I don't care who does it. The Task has Hours and Duration. I've gone into the Resource Budgeting and assigned Hours to the Users on the Team. How do I get those hours to show up in a Utilization Report without assigning the User or the Job Role to the Task? Thanks in Advance, Aaron Godwin Gentex

Hi Aaron, Utilisation would only be shown once users are assigned to a task....not at a team assignment level. The new Resource Planner does actually show a total team utilisation percent, but this would be for user-assigned tasks - not team-assigned tasks. Regards, David Cornwell

The new resource management solutions look at user and job roles assigned to tasks/issues. They don't look at team assignments. It's important to note that the new resource management tools do not talk with the legacy tools and vice versa.
