We have an approval report that tracks the the Request Date and Approval Date for documents sent for approval. We are trying to track the number of days it takes for an approver to provide an approval. However, when we use the Reminder function for the approval that resets the Request Date to the date when sent the reminder.
Is there a way to maintain the original Request Date in this report? Thanks!
