Hi Aaron, Spooky. By coincidence, as your email came in, I was finishing a call about creating an "https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/s-curves-monitoring-project-progress-5386">s-curve report to track a Project's Planned, Forecasted, and Actual Percent Complete. I've created these in the past using native Workfront reports (and a LOT of custom data cheats), but this time, am going go a different way. If you're interested, drop me a line at doug.denhoed@atappstore.com. Otherwise: to your question! Normally, I'd suggest a Baseline Task Report (e.g. in order to compare the default baseline against the current project plan) which works well for comparing the "shape" of the project plan as it changes over time. And normally, to get what you're really after -- hours, spread (sensibly) over time. I'd recommend an allocation report. However, As Designed in Workfront, you have to choose one or the other as the basis for your report; and (furthermore) I don't believe that there is an equivalent of an Allocation concept at the Baseline level. So...I think you might be stuck.
