That should provide some background information on what I am looking for.
So when we have two assignees on a task or request, we want to see that both of them have submitted hours on it, not just if the task or request has any hours on it. This previous question had solved it to supply that information onto a report for an individual user, but now I'm trying to figure out how to take this to a company level chart. I want a chart that is grouped by actual completion date by month, stacked by assignee, on the grounds that the user did not submit hours to a completed task/request regardless of whether they are a primary assignee.
I'm thinking this needs to be an assignment report, but how would I group it by actual completion date? Do I need to do two separate reports? Do I still need an exists statement, and how would I modify the one I already used? How do I make this report applicable to all users instead of just the viewer?
