We are experiencing the same issue. Are you part of an enterprise account? I think the reason we get this notification is we are using an enterprise account. I read enterprise accounts are not supported. If there is a workaround, please share. We have Outlook Office365 Enterprise licensing and getting the same error. I'm still working with the support team. Dave Barry Dawn Foods
