Workfront Boards - Ability to report on Boards

Description - Workfront should provide the ability to develop reports on Boards to provide details on current usage.

Why is this feature important to you - We do not have any visibility into Boards users have created (i.e., adoption) 

How would you like the feature to work - Workfront provide a Board object that would detail Entry Date, Last Updated By, Last Viewed By / Date, Columns, Column Detail (e.g., Attributes, Column Name, Dynamic, etc.), etc.

Current Behaviour - Workfront does not provide the ability to report on Boards

With the Q2 2025 release we now provide an "Admin Report" tab on the Boards landing page.

This tab is visible only to system administrators. It provides an inventory list of all boards -- including those the admin is not a member of -- with some key information about the board, including:

• Board owner
• Last update date 
• Members
• Archived status
• Which template was used to create it
• Card count

Additionally, admins viewing this inventory list can filter, show/hide columns, and group the results to located the boards details they are looking for.

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to share a quick update and make a correction on the release timeline for this feature.

Beginning on 9/11/25 this feature will go live for "Fast Release" customers. Otherwise, it will go live for all customers with our 2025.10 release.
