Updates made in 'Document Updates' should be visible in the proof

If an update is added to the document updates on the right hand side of the documents tab, those comments aren't visible in the proof itself - even if they are in response to an update made on the proof originally.

If a designer goes to view the proof to see what edits were requested, they only see the initial proof comment and miss the discussion that happened on the document updates tab. If they go to the document updates tab they can see all of the comments, but can't see any markups or get any context from the proof itself.
