Unicode emoji support from input to export to PDF and EXCEL

Support unicode emojis in all user input fields to keep pace with other chat and communication platforms. This support should carry over to report/form exporting.

Possibly configure whether these characters could be entered or not based on group settings. (what works for a creative agency may not be appropriate for a more "formal" business, for example).
