Trigger recalculation of project tasks when changing Task Tracking mode

Enable to configure an automatic timeline recalculation in a project if the task tracking mode (https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/216636448-Understanding-Tracking-Mode-for-Tasks) is modified. Currently a manual recalculation or a wait for the daily recalculation is needed.
