Track changes to a task / issue in updates

We use Workfront to communicate requests between teams and the initial task is given a name and description. If changes are made to a task description it would be useful if a notification was recorded: xxx updated the description date/time. etc. as it's really useful for a sort of audit-trail.

That's a great idea, its is necessary because in some cases the update are made, and we cant see this...
