Retrieve Deleted Template Tasks from Recycle Bin

Currently, we can only retrieve deleted Projects, Tasks, Issues, Documents, and Templates from the recycle bin.

Sometimes, Template Tasks are deleted by mistake and also need to be restored. Because this is not an option in the recycle bin, however, we have to rebuild these from scratch if they are deleted accidentally.

Ugggh, I just did this on a new complex template and my heart stopped when I went to the recycle bin and saw I couldn't restore the tasks I accidently deleted 😞
