Description - add in the ability for a tally count of expense line items to be added to a report.
Why is this feature important to you - Currently, only Issues, Tasks, Goals, and Risks tallies can be added. Expenses is the only item missing.
How would you like the feature to work - Create a tally field for all expense line items on a project so it can be aggregated across all projects in a report.
Current Behavior - function does not exist.
