Report to Show which Custom Forms Utilize Display Logic and the Number of Fields within Each Form

In preparation for an instance migration, we need to identify all custom forms that utilize display logic within them. Also if the report could indicate the number of logic driven fields there are it would be helpful! Does anyone know if this already exists or is it worthy of an enhanement request. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
