"A document is added to a job I own" notification works for ALL document versions

Currently, the "A document is added to a job I own" notification only fires to job owners upon upload of the first version of a document. If more document versions are uploaded on top of the first version, the job owner does NOT receive a notification. Our job owners would like to be notified upon upload of every document version.

Great idea! Doesn't make sense that the stacked versions are treated differently than the initial version. Sounds more like a bug!
