Proof Comment Reminder when No Indicator of Where Comment Applies

When entering a proof comment, if someone forgets to indicate what area on the proof they are referring to (i.e. highlighting, circling, putting an arrow to where they're making the proof change) it would be helpful to have a reminder prompt that says "Are you sure you're finished making your proof comments? You have not indicated what your comment applies to." or something like that. Obviously it should be optional since some comments will apply to the whole proof, and it would be great if admins could turn that feature off or on, but we have a lot of people who just forget to point out where their comments should be made.

Please make this absolute low priority since I know most of this should be resolved through education, but it's just a nice-to-have. Thanks!
