Project Setting to Ignore User Schedule

For every project, there should be a checkbox setting that allows for ignoring a user's schedule in the timeline.

For example, if a project has a 5-day schedule and one user on the project has a 7-day schedule, there should be a setting on the project to only use the project schedule and ignore the user schedule.
