I would like to create a PROACTIVE status for projects but not have it equate with on hold. Is there any possible way that this can be created without using what is already in the system. Some project we need to build out on proactive schedules to keep on time for turn in. The are a lot of moving part prior to submission of the project and we need to have that kick off date in sight. These can range anywhere from a handful to 100+. I also need proactive filtering (this would equated to on hold) separate from other project on hold with an easy quick look at a dashboard.
